I am going to sterilize or castrate my kitten on 4- 5 months of age and no later.

I am going to vaccinate my kitten on about 6-8 weeks of age.

If my kitten has babies or my kitten is not sterilized on 6-7 months of age, Feral Cat care might take my kitten back.

My kitten will be my responsibility and I will care for him/her for the rest of his/her life.

If my kitten is sick, I will take him/her to the veterinarian.

If I move, I am going to take my cat with me

If we don’t have any other choice and problems that prevent us from keeping the kitten anymore, we will take the cat back to Feral Cat Care so that my cat can get adopted through them again. I am not going to give my cat away or take it to the SPCA.

I will give an update every 3 months on how my kitten is doing.

We will let Feral Cat Care know if we need any help with the sterilization.

If anything happens 7 days after adoption, I will let Feral Cat Care know, as they might be able to help.

The rules for sterilization and vaccination do not apply if my cat is already sterilized and vaccinated through Feral Cat Care.
